Creating healthy, supportive workplaces for women experiencing perimenopause or the menopause benefits everyone.
We are certified Menopause Experts and have created courses to help break down barriers, reduce stigma, ensure adequate training is given to team members at every level and to make sure everyone has access to the support and resources they need.
Coaching
If you’re a manager or leader and feeling stuck, professionally or personally, coaching can give you the advice and guidance you need to help you figure out your next steps.
We offer a six-month programme, guided by your needs, where we’ll set realistic goals, look at the barriers to overcoming them and give you the confidence to move forward.
