EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

.. is about finding and keeping the best people who feel motivated to give their greatest, in a way that allows both them and your business to grow successfully.

Why is having an engaged workforce important?

Having a workforce that is engaged has many benefits:-

  • Higher performance
  • Greater customer satisfaction
  • Improved staff retention
  • Heightened innovation
  • Increased efficiency
  • Better health & safety
  • Reduction in cynicism
  • Reduction in absence and presenteeism
  • Improved peer relationships
  • Psychological safety
  • Enjoyment at work = positive mental health.

Do you know how engaged your people are?

As business leaders, are you aware how well you are doing in embedding an engaged approach?

Gaining a baseline and measuring the current state of play is the first step.

Whilst it may look simple, developing an employee engagement survey, analysing the data and developing pragmatic solutions can be overwhelming, to the often, stretched Human Resources department.

Understandably, solutions can also be difficult to identify, particularly when you work within a business. That’s where we can support you and your business.

What can we do to support your business?

We can provide an employee engagement survey utilising an evidenced based model. We then analyse the data thoroughly and make practical and pragmatic solutions to any challenges, whilst identifying key strengths that can be endorsed, nourished and maintained.

Our model of employee engagement takes into account 4 key areas; Wellbeing, Recognition, Empowerment and Development

The Process

Having taken a briefing from you and in better understanding your need, we would run our survey across your business.  This would enable is to better understand the prevailing culture and its impact on employee engagement. It would also create a benchmark from which to measure progress year on year.  Having analysed the data we can then understand what might be working well and what might be improved. We will then write a comprehensive report which will also incorporate hints and tips and ideas to aid progress, where needed, and then present and discuss the findings with you in person.  Although deploying our recommended interventions is optional, we can assist and support you with this as required.
